Why does my Enfield Art Deco granddaughter clock chime on the quarter hour but not on the hour?

I've had it repaired and the hour chime stopped working soon after I got it home. The clock keeps great time, the pendulum is swinging, and the hour hand spring is wound (though perhaps too tight?). I thought I had read somewhere about a switch or lever within the works that might need to be pushed, but I don't see one in there. I love the clock and its Westminster chime and would love to get it working completely. Any ideas?

What is a TYMO Clock?

I have an art deco grandfather clock with the name TYMO on the face? I can't find any info on it? Neone help?

Try www.nawcc.org - this is a clock museum. I have looked on google, and can't find out anything, except that Tymo is a Japanese brand, although I have no documentary evidence to prove it.
