Does anyone know how I can buy OR make a bonnet?

I'm not all that excited about this, but my son is going to be the Artful Dodger for Halloween and I have to dress up too (long story), so I figured I'll be Nancy. I've got everything else together for the costume, but I don't have a mid-Victorian-type bonnet, and I think it's going to be necessary if ANYONE at all is going to know who I'm supposed to be.

Can I buy one at a costume-supply place?

Can I make one? If so....how?

I'd truly appreciate any ideas you have to offer.
