Any one know of any good online shops to get decent priced Victorian furniture?
I love the Victorian claw-footed tables, chairs and sofas etc, but I'm limited to where I can actually go and buy them. Every store around here has nothing but overstuffed, countrified-looking furniture made of cheap press board. I've searched online but what I have found are so very pricey! Anyone know of any good, reputable online stores or even big name shops? I wouldn't mind paying extra or traveling a hundred miles for excellent quality, but I've seen some items priced near to $1,000!

And, just because you obviously love Victorian furniture, don't forget the (adult) coloring books that are out with Victorian rooms and furniture to have fun coloring. (everybody needs to play, no matter how old they are, right?)

victorian wood furniture kit for doll house is worth anything?
Recently i purchases a easy to assemble victorian wood furniture kit for doll houses, from a thrift store still in the box, copyrighted 1979, for like 2 dollars. Any way my husband suggested maybe i could sell it on ebay or something so i was wondering if anyone out there knew alittle about these dolls house furniture kits and if now, would it be worth anything, i think its cool and even if its not worth nothing im going to open it up and put it together and display it on one of my cabinets. So if you know anything about these wood furniture kits please give me advice on if i should sell it or not if its worth anything or not. thankyou
