How to exchange foreign coins?

These are from Cuba Mexico, Cayman Islands, South America and a few 1952 Laos coins. Banks won't touch them. I have small denominations and small quantities.

Another idea is to look at giving them to charity. They can quite often get them exchanged (for free) when you can't. If it is just coins in circulation then usually there is not much value to you, but can really help a small charity

I know several in the UK and Netherlands which happily accept them (also you see the pots in airports for the same reason) but I'm not sure where you are from and if this is an option, but if it is then it's nice to do it
