I have plenty of US coins eg. Morgan and in sets. Want to sell in Thailand. How?
From personal collectivity of over 15 years. Morgan, Standing Liberty, Walking Liberty, Roosevelt, Buffalo Nickel, Mercury Dime. Massive amounts. Want to sell all in one time.
Personally, I would take a complete inventory, keep a copy of the list, and send the entire collection to a dealer in the US you trusted to make a fair offer. The two dealers I would recommend off the top of my head would be Frank Robinson in Albany, NY or Bob Reis in North Carolina. You will not get a very good price in Thailand for US coins. If the coins were rare dates, etc. I would recommend consigning them to an auction, but it sounds like most of what you have is more common material.

where in thailand can you exchange coins from the USA to thai money please list the plces closest to bangkok?
Yeah, You can't exchange coins of any money at money changers. If your that desperate find some Americans in a bar and ask if they are going home soon and could they help you out by exchanging some money.
If you explain why you cant do it at the money changers I think it would be cool.

I found a jar of coins from foreign countries my parents collected on their honeymoon. Are they worth anything
As far as I can tell, the coins are from the 40's, 50's, 60's and one from the 70's. I think there are some from Belgum(?), Germany, France (?), Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, and one bill (1 Riyal) and a coin from Saudi Arabia from the Gulf War era. There's one bill from the Republic of Egypt, and a few coins I brought back from Thailand from about 1990. There's one last mystery coin from "Republik Osterreich" with "Groschen" on the flip side. Aside from the memories, I was wondering if they're worth much monitarily (should I insure them or anything) since the world has changed a lot since the 40's? I suspect some are no longer minted. Does that mean anything?
Not sure on much to do with the value. But to clarify the "mystery coin" is from Austria. At least that is was Osterreich means.

How to get Foreign Rolls of Coins.?
I am looking to get foreign (Non-US) coins. not your typical "collector" ones as you can find on the Canadian Mint, US mint and the UK / Australian Mints. But mint fresh rolls of uncirculated coins from Japan, Russia, Thailand, China, Mexico, Brazil, Israel, ect.. ect..
And please dont tell me ebay. Ebay has only US and Canadian and a rare popup of other coins..
Or to tell me to go to the countries! -
try a currency exchanges you change U.S. money into what ever country you are looking for.

Is a 5 Satang coin close to the same size as a 1 Baht coin?
I have coin from Thailand that I believe is a 1957 Satang, but without a way to compare size I can't be sure on the denomination.
Based off the first answer it probably isn't a 5 Satang because a penny did not cover it.
A Nickel will cover it.
The 1957 5 satang coin has 3 versions, aluminum-bronze, bronze and one of tin. These coins are quite small a cent would cover them. The 1957 Baht is a little larger or closer to a U.S. quarter dollar. It is made of copper-nickel-silver-zinc.

I have a 1873 U.S. Trade Dollar that I bought when i was in Thailand, what a weird place to find one of these,
but come to find out allot of these coins were sent to asia during the late 1800's. I was wondering how much something like this is worth, and should I go back and get more if they are worth the money.
Be careful. There are a lot of counterfeit coins coming out of asia lately. They are being sold on ebay by the hundreds. This coin might be real, but it might be counterfeit.
I would suggest a good grading service such as PCGS.com or NGC.com.
The benefit of having it graded is two-fold. You'll know if it's real (and so will the buyer if you sell it) and you'll know the grade of the coin so you'lll be able to easily determine its worth.
In good condition, which is highly worn, the coin, if real would be worth $85. That same coin in MS67 would be worth $65,000. That's a huge difference. So the grade is highly dependant on the condition of the coin.
If you try to sell it to a dealer, he will want to buy it for a lot less than it is worth. The best place to sell it would be on ebay.
Good luck!

Is there a place to exchange foreign currency for american money?
I have some bills and coins from a trip to Thailand and Vancouver, Canada from five years ago. Is there a place in the northwest U.S. area to exchange it to american currency?
is there any added fee to do it, or will it be exchanged at the full current rate?
Almost any bank will do it. I change money all the time.
